UAE national wins AED 1 million cash prize with Emirates Islamic’s Kunooz savings account

    Emirates Islamic announced the lucky winners of its Kunooz Savings Account draw for September 2020.

    UAE national, Amal Dasmal won the AED 1 million cash prize and Jordanian national, Mahmoud Shalab was rewarded with a brand-new Tesla car.

    Commenting on her win, Amal Dasmal said: “I am delighted to win this grand cash prize and could not believe it at first when I received the call from Emirates Islamic. I thank God and am grateful to Emirates Islamic for making my dreams come true.”

    Farid Al Mulla, Deputy Head of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates Islamic, said: “On behalf of Emirates Islamic, I would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Amal on receiving the AED 1 million grand cash prize and to Mahmoud for winning a Tesla for the month of September. Saving is a key financial goal and extremely critical, especially in these unprecedented times. With our award-winning Kunooz Savings Account, we help customers get to their savings goals while offering them valuable rewards and incentives.”

    Emirates Islamic’s Kunooz Savings Account is the bank’s flagship account that offers new and existing customers a chance to win grand prizes of AED 1 million every quarter or a Tesla car every month for every AED 5,000 maintained monthly in their account. Additionally, customers have a chance to win weekly cash prizes worth AED 50,000 each for every AED 1,000 maintained daily in their account.
