From 1st July, Nils Frowein, 59, will join as CEO allowing additiv to drive the further growth and business development together with its founder Michael Stemmle.
additiv is a fast-growing, financial solutions company with around 300 employees worldwide. It has evolved from a Swiss software developer into a global platform provider for “Finance-as-a-Service” (FaaS) with a focus on wealth management and retirement solutions. Today, additiv has offices in the world’s major financial centres such as Zurich, Frankfurt, Dubai and Singapore.

Nils Frowein has led Swiss Life International to become an agile, highly professional and profitable stand-alone insurance group division, stated Michael Stemmle on his arrival. Investor Martin Ebner has been an anchor investor of additiv for six years. The financier is known to pursue clear growth targets with his investments. Co-shareholder Michael Stemmle will continue to manage the company as Founder together with Nils Frowein.
