The winners of the MEA Finance Leaders in Payments Awards 2024, held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel JBR in Dubai, Thursday 12th September 2024, were announced and presented with their awards in a ceremony attended by over 250 leading change makers and senior executives from banking, fintech and payments technology providers.
These highly anticipated, regional payments focused awards recognise key individuals, businesses and the innovations that are building the new, smarter and a more inclusive payments ecosystem in the region that will transform economies, from the day-to-day to the corporate, and positively influence the lives of people and businesses across the region.
Organized by MEA Finance Magazine, Leaders in Payments, the apex awards for recognition of payments excellence across the region, the programme spotlights the innovations and stand-out performance of institutions in the banking, fintech and payments technology space.
An even higher number of entries than ever previously underwent evaluation by a panel of judges comprised of industry experts before matching these prestigious awards to their rightful winners. The panel selected thirty-four category winners following consideration of their understanding of the needs of their full range of the market, clients and customers and an assessment of incorporation of wider inclusivity and relevant developments and achievements from the preceding year.
