NEOPAY, a payments provider in the UAE and Deem Finance LLC, a regulated financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, announced a strategic partnership to expand access to working capital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE.

Through this partnership, NEOPAY and Deem Finance will provide SMEs with faster and more seamless access to funding by leveraging merchants’ digital payment and POS transaction activity. Eligible merchants can receive tailored funding offers and access approved funds through a secure, transparent and fully digital experience.

The initiative reinforces both organisations’ shared commitment to creating a connected business ecosystem where merchants can access payments, financial services and growth solutions through a trusted digital platform.

NEOPAY’s AI-powered embedded lending platform sits at the centre of this collaboration. Built specifically to address the financing gap faced by SMEs in the UAE, the platform uses merchants’ payment and transaction data to generate pre-qualified financing offers, which are surfaced directly within the merchant’s digital experience. For small and medium-sized businesses, this means access to working capital without the friction of traditional lending processes: no lengthy paperwork, no separate institution to navigate, and no disconnect between their payments activity and their ability to secure funding. From pre-qualification through to a fully digital application and fast funding, the end-to-end journey is designed to be seamless, transparent and built around the way merchants already operate.

With Deem Finance joining as a regulated lending partner, the platform becomes significantly more powerful. Deem’s licensed credit capabilities and deep expertise in responsible financing mean that NEOPAY merchants can now access working capital solutions that are not only fast and data-driven, but also backed by the governance and customer protection standards of a regulated UAE financial institution.

Vibhor Mundhada, CEO of NEOPAY, said:

“At NEOPAY, our ambition is to be a merchant growth partner. We are building an ecosystem that empowers businesses with the tools and services they need to grow. We are pleased to welcome Deem Finance to our embedded lending platform, and this is exactly the kind of partnership that moves us closer to that vision. This collaboration reflects our commitment to helping merchants unlock new opportunities, manage growth more effectively and focus on what they do best, running their businesses.”

Zulfiqar Hamid, Interim CEO at Deem Finance, said:

“This partnership reflects Deem Finance’s continued focus on expanding access to responsible, regulated credit through strong ecosystem partnerships. By working with NEOPAY, we can use alternative transaction data and digital journeys to support SMEs with faster and more relevant working capital solutions; while maintaining governance, transparency and customer protection standards expected from a regulated lender.”

The partnership reflects the growing convergence of payments and regulated financial services, where businesses increasingly expect integrated solutions that simplify operations and support growth. Through this collaboration, NEOPAY and Deem Finance are expanding the value delivered to UAE merchants while contributing to the country’s broader vision of fostering entrepreneurship, innovation and a thriving digital economy.
